Strolling through San Francisco and San Jose...
San Francisco, famous for its beautiful, cloudy and airy Bay most of the year, is a mountainous city that offers the visitor, a few days of relaxation or the ideal place to discover various activities and enjoy them to the fullest, alone, as a couple or as a family.
I recommend walking around Union Square, China Town Alamo Town, and San Francisco's downtown, offering a wide variety of places to visit, options for lunch or dinner.
A visit to the Golden Gate Bridge is a must. Wear a light jacket, as the air feels much cooler in the evenings.
Another day I suggest a tour of the beautiful city visiting the Victorian houses, the Twin Peaks lookout, streetcars, Sausalito, Fisherman's Wharf, eat at Pier 39, I recommend a good clam chowder and King Crabs that are exquisite, it is fresh and local product.
If you can, take the little boat that takes you to visit Alcatraz, it is very interesting the history of this old prison, you will surely like it.
On the technology side, you should definitely visit the Silicon Valley complex where the most important companies such as Oracle, Ebay, Yahoo, Google, Microsoft, among others, are located.
While you are here, visit Levi's Stadium and take the opportunity to watch one of their seasonal games. A visit to The Great Mall is a must, yes they also have their mall here, I highly recommend you to visit, you will surely find good options and clearance items worth buying.
For dinner, go to Santana Row at night, it is a very nice, lighted and narrow alley with a very good variety of Asian, Italian and international restaurants. Pubs where you can stop for a drink.
You have to live the best moments...!
