Itinerary

Day 1: Buenos Aires
  • Arrival, assistance, and reception by our staff at Ezeiza Airport and private transfer to the selected hotel.
Day 2: Buenos Aires
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • In the morning, departure from the hotel for a tour of the city of Buenos Aires. The tour begins on 9 de Julio Avenue, outside the Colon Theater, Diagonal Norte Avenue, the Obelisk, and Plaza de la Republica, heading towards Plaza de Mayo, Casa Rosada, the Cathedral, and Banco Nación.
  • Continue along Balcarce or Paseo Colon to enter the San Telmo neighborhood, Lezama Park, the exterior of the Boca Junior Stadium, and the La Boca neighborhood, stopping at the famous Caminito Street.
  • We will then continue to Puerto Madero, Av. Córdoba towards Leandro N. Alem, then Av. Libertador, observing Plaza San Martín, Torre Monumental (formerly Torre de los Ingleses), arriving at the Recoleta neighborhood, showing the different points of tourist interest, continuing to Palermo with its parks and monuments.
  • Free afternoon.
  • In the evening, we recommend taking the OPTIONAL tango show dinner.

Day 3: Buenos Aires
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • We recommend taking an OPTIONAL excursion to Tigre and the Paraná Delta or spending a day in the countryside at a typical Argentine ranch.

Day 4: Buenos Aires – Bariloche
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • At the agreed time, private transfer to Jorge Newbery National Airport to board the flight (not included) to San Carlos de Bariloche.
  • Arrival, assistance, and reception by our staff at the airport and transfer by regular service to the selected hotel.
Day 5: Bariloche
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • In the morning, we will enjoy the world-famous Circuito Chico. The trip starts from Bariloche on Ezequiel Bustillo Avenue, a winding paved road that runs along Lake Nahuel Huapi.
  • At kilometer 8, we will find Playa Bonita. Ten kilometers further on, and after enjoying different landscapes, we will arrive at the foot of Cerro Campanario.
  • Here, a chairlift (not included) takes travelers to the summit (1050 m), an ideal place to enjoy one of the most beautiful and fascinating views in the region. You can see Nahuel Huapi and Perito Moreno lakes, El Trébol lagoon, the San Pedro and Llao Llao peninsulas, Victoria Island, Otto, López, Goye, and Catedral mountains, and the city of Bariloche.
  • Continuing our journey, and after passing through the San Pedro peninsula, we arrive at the Llao Llao peninsula. There, the grand Llao Llao hotel and the San Eduardo chapel stand out as architectural gems of the region, and on Lake Nahuel Huapi we find Puerto Pañuelo, the starting point for numerous lake excursions.
  • Further on, we arrive at Punto Panorámico, a natural balcony with a spectacular view of Lake Moreno and the Llao Llao peninsula.
  • We return to the city and close the circuit.

Day 6: Bariloche - International Lake Crossing (Puerto Varas)
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Start of the Cruce de Lagos tour:
  • MITRE OFFICE - 8:30 a.m.: Departure from the Bariloche office by bus to Puerto Pañuelo, skirting Lake Nahuel Huapi.
  • BARILOCHE - PUERTO PAÑUELO: Along the way, you will marvel at the beautiful Swiss-style architecture that characterizes the buildings in the area. Beautiful gardens and flowers color the landscape all the way to Puerto Pañuelo.
  • PTO. PAÑUELO - BLEST: We will set sail from Puerto Pañuelo to Puerto Blest on the Gran Victoria catamaran, navigating Lake Nahuel Huapi. You will be able to observe the grandeur of the landscape, the green of the forests, the birds that approach, and learn more about the fascinating history of this place (boarding fee not included, approx. $3 USD).
  • BLEST - FRÍAS: Arrival at Puerto Blest. We will travel by bus along the Frías River to Puerto Alegre, and then continue on the Victoria del Sur boat across Lake Frías. On this lake tour, we will enjoy the beautiful view offered by Mount Tronador. After a short boat ride, we will arrive at Puerto Frías, where we will have to go through border formalities.
  • FRÍAS - PEULLA: We will continue by bus to Peulla with beautiful views of the Andes Mountains.
  • PEULLA - PETROHUE: We will set sail for Petrohué, navigating Lake Todos los Santos. Weather permitting, we will have views of the Osorno Volcano, Puntiagudo Volcano, and Tronador Mountain.
  • PETROHUE - PTO. VARAS - 8:00 p.m.: Continue to Puerto Varas along Lake Llanquihue. Impressive views of the Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes dominate the landscape. Arrival in Puerto Varas.
    • *APRIL-SEPTEMBER SEASON: Suggested lunch in Villa Peulla, Chile (not included).
    • *SEASON OCTOBER - MARCH: Suggested lunch in Puerto Blest, Argentina (not included).
  • Accommodation at the selected hotel.
Day 7: Puerto Varas - Santiago de Chile
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • At the agreed time, transfer to Puerto Montt airport to board the flight (not included) to the city of Santiago de Chile.
  • Arrival, assistance, and reception by our staff at Comodoro Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport and private transfer to the selected hotel.
Day 8: Santiago de Chile
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • In the morning, city tour to visit different places of interest in Santiago, observing the contrasts between the historic center of the capital and the modern buildings of the eastern sector, as well as visiting the favorite places of tourists and locals.
  • We will start on the main street in the city center, Av. Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins (better known as Alameda), where we will visit the La Moneda Presidential Palace, a neoclassical building that houses an important part of Chilean history.
  • We will take a panoramic tour of the central pedestrian walkways and pass by Plaza de Armas, a strategic location where the first city plans were drawn up.
  • Surrounding it, we will see several historic buildings: the Cathedral, the Central Post Office, and the Municipality of Santiago.
  • We will climb Cerro Santa Lucía, a beautiful and important architectural and historical site that served as a strategic point for the founding of the city (and is frequently visited by Santiago residents), and then head to other places where locals spend their free time: the Forest Park, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Lastarria neighborhood.
  • We will cross the Mapocho River to reach the Bellavista neighborhood, which is a hub of cultural and artistic activity, as well as one of the capital's favorite nightlife spots.
  • Finally, we will explore the new city center by visiting Providencia and the districts of Las Condes and Vitacura, including a visit to Bicentennial Park, one of the city's new iconic parks.

Day 9: Santiago de Chile
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Departure from your hotel to visit Valparaíso, a city that was the main port on the Pacific Ocean during the 19th century and is now one of Chile's main tourist destinations thanks to its vibrant culture and unique architecture.
  • We will also visit Viña del Mar, a beautiful coastal city renowned for its gardens and pleasant beaches. We will cross the fertile wine-growing valley of Casablanca and arrive in Valparaíso, enjoying beautiful views of the city from the viewpoints located on one of the 43 hills surrounding the bay.
  • We will visit some of its historic and commercial areas, as well as the National Congress, and ride one of the city's most famous funiculars.
  • We will go to Cerro Alegre and enjoy an extraordinary view from the Paseo Yugoslavo, continuing on to Cerro Concepción and strolling along the picturesque Paseo Atkinson, where we will see one of the best views of Valparaíso.
  • We will head to La Sebastiana, an original building that is now a museum and cultural center housing collections of the renowned Chilean poet Pablo Neruda, and then continue on to the neighboring seaside resort town of Viña del Mar.
  • There we will visit the Casino and the main avenues and gardens of the coastal area, then stroll through residential neighborhoods with modern architecture, arriving at Reñaca beach.
  • Return to the hotel.

Day 10: Santiago de Chile

  • At the agreed time, private transfer to Comodoro Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport to board your flight to your city of origin.
